What is the Roma & Sam Kaltman Institute on Teaching the Holocaust?

Join us at the Roma & Sam Kaltman Institute on Teaching the Holocaust for a week-long workshop on teaching this complex history. You’ll learn practical, classroom-based strategies that help your students develop empathy and make personal connections to history. We’ll also show you how to incorporate the testimonies of local Holocaust survivors and connect historical content with literacy skills. Plus, you’ll join a network of Holocaust educators who will support your work for years to come. Sign up now to start empowering your students.

Who can participate?
